I love genre redesigns! I think it’s really cool to see how artists re-interpret characters. So I decided to take a shot at one myself, so here’s a 70’s-80’s anime space opera redesign of Star Fox. Think Leiji Matsumoto, MSG, and all that good stuff.
The original dudes, plus Katt because if you’re gonna do leiji matsumoto you have to draw at least one lady with massive flowing locks.
This was a lot of fun, definitely not going to stop with just this drawing!
